Lamiri Harissa
Launched in 2021, Lamiri bring together the culture and cuisine of Tunisia with the most authentic harrisa. Made from the Lamiri family recipe which has been passed down from generations. Each batch is made using ingredients from local farmers and traditional methods including dried baklouti chillies which have been dried in oven logs to bring out a rich, smokey depth of flavour.Â
Use this harrisa to spice up pasta sauces, marinade meats or simply with bread and olive oil. To keep fresh we recommend topping up with a dash of oil after each use.
